Jaipur is the land of colorful festivals and fairs. There are many fairs and festivals organized in Jaipur throughout the year. Every festival celebrated in Jaipur with great pomp and grandeur. Rich culture, traditions, colors, variety of foods and variety of cloths are the integral part of the culture of Jaipur and the fairs and festivals of Jaipur. Different folk tales, folk music and folk dances are associated with different festivals of Jaipur.

जयपुर रंग-बिरंगे त्यौंहारों और मेलों की धरती है. जयपुर में वर्ष भर अनेकों मेलों और त्यौंहारों का आयोजन होता है. जयपुर में प्रत्येक त्यौंहार अत्यधिक उत्साह से और बहुत धूम-धाम से मनाया जाता है. समृद्ध संस्कृति, परम्परायें, रंग-रंगीला अंदाज़, भोजन की विविधता और वेशभूषा की विविधता जयपुर की संस्कृति एवं जयपुर के त्यौंहारों के अभिन्न अंग हैं. जयपुर के हर त्यौंहार के साथ अलग-अलग लोक कथायें, लोक संगीत, लोक नृत्य आदि जुड़े हुए हैं जो उस त्यौंहार की अलग ही पहचान होते हैं.
