Jaipur Handicraft is world famous. UNESCO is going to enlist Jaipur in "Worlds Creative Cities Network" for the beautiful and creative arts and crafts of Jaipur.

Jaipur puppet is one the best handicraft items of Jaipur. It is made of wood and cloth. All the processes used to prepare a puppet of Jaipur are manual processes which pass on generation to generation. Dresses of puppets made of special cloth called Bandhej (also known as Tie and Dye fabric). Bandhej or Tie and Dye fabric of Jaipur is another world famous item.

जयपुर का हस्तशिल्प विश्व प्रसिद्ध है. यूनेस्को द्वारा जयपुर को इसके खूबसूरत शिल्प व कला के लिये जल्दी ही विश्व के क्रिएटिव शहरों की सूची में शामिल करने की प्रक्रिया भी चल रही है.

जयपुर की कठपुतली कला यहाँ के अनूठे हस्तशिल्प में से एक बेहतरीन शिल्प है. यह लकड़ी और कपड़े द्वारा बनायी जाती है. जयपुर की कठपुतली को बनाने के लिये अपनाई जाने वाली सारी प्रक्रिया पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी सीखी-सिखाई जाती है और सारा कार्य हाथ से किया जाता है. कठपुतली की आकर्षक वेशभूषा जयपुरी बंधेज के कपड़े से तैयार की जाती है. यहाँ यह भी महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य है कि जयपुरी बंधेज भी विश्व प्रसिद्ध है.
